Hello there! I am honored that you are here- I absolutely know that it is not easy to take the first step. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in KY, IN, FL. Level 2 Gottman trained by The Gottman Institute for Couples, have completed training specializing in Postpartum Mood Disorders, and for utilizing online therapy to address Postpartum through PSI. Reiki master and do infuse reiki healing energy and symbols into all therapy sessions if requested. I believe in doing things alone if you want- while recognizing that you don’t have to. Life can be challenging- but with hope, and a lot of humor- we can overcome anything. You are whole, you are enough, and you can heal— are you ready?
